question, a customer complaint text, a customer interaction with a chat agent, a support ticket.

A dataset can be a CSV spreadsheet, a survey pulled from a survey tool, or data pulled
from a data source such as a CX platform, support platform, or a social media site. Please note: Some datasets
require custom data cleaning.
